Bully Legislation in Victoria, Australia

<<<Change or suppression practices (also known as conversion practices) are any practices directed at an individual that attempt to change or suppress a person's sexual orientation or gender identity.

These are practices which have no basis in medicine; there is no evidence that sexual orientation or gender identity can be changed. Not only are these practices ineffective, they are deeply harmful and can cause long-term mental health issues and, in the most tragic of cases, suicide. >>> https://engage.vic.gov.au/changeorsuppression

So let me get this right.

The claim is that there is no evidence that "sexual orientation" or "gender identity" can be changed. If that is true then on what basis do people change their identity in the first place according to these people?

If a biological male or female chooses to identify as the opposite sex of what they identified as previously then has not a "change in identity" occurred? If so, then how can it be stated that there is "no evidence" that sexual identity can be changed?

The implied logic is that one can "change their identity" and at the same time "not change their identity." Forked tongue irrational and illogical double-speak.

It's simply the old "heads I win and tails you lose" scam.

Here is another quote...

<<<affirm that no sexual orientation or gender identity constitutes a disorder, deficiency, or shortcoming, and that a person's particular sexual orientation or gender identity is not broken or in need of fixing; and>>>
https://content.legislation.vic.gov.au/.../591143exi1.pdf

So the claim is that no sexual orientation or gender identity constitutes a disorder, deficiency or shortcoming and thus there is no need of any fixing. If that is true then what is the explanation for the people BEFORE they change their orientation? Was there a disorder, deficiency or shortcoming then that needed fixing?

It's not only a case of certain people wanting their cake and to eat it too. It's also a case of them wanting to shove their irrational, contradictory, illogical, forked tongue cake down everyone's else's throats.

Centralised power is very dangerous because it allows the empowerment of dangerous power hungry bully oriented and often irrational people.

Limiting government power allows for decentralised power where individuals can make their own value judgments and decision according to their own conscience. Government ought be strictly limited to protecting life, liberty and property and of course necessary LOCAL regulations as deemed necessary by a LOCAL community. When power is local there is much more accountability then when it is distant.

Remember it is a zoo that requires a zoo keeper, not a moral and upright people. When people act like animals (ie. anything goes/unrestrained conduct) then all sorts of problems manifest in society thus leading to authoritarian control being justified to fix the manifest problems. Yet an unrestrained animal like society will elect unrestrained animal like representatives whom will certainly abuse authoritarian power and the result will ALWAYS be tyranny and despotism. Both history and logic is evidence of this.

We'll either be governed by God (ie. genuine love - 1Jn 4:16) or we'll be governed by tyrants (consnider the Prophet Samuel's warning below). It looks like the State of Victoria in Australia has chosen to elect tyrants.

How about where you live?

"And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world." Apostle John, 1John 4:16-17, Holy Bible

"Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah, And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations. But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD. And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them. According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee. Now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew them the manner of the king that shall reign over them.

And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king. And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots. And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots. And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers. And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants. And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants. And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work. He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants. And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day." Prophet Samuel, 1Samuel 8:5-18, Holy Bible

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." Apostle Paul, Galatians 6:7-9, Holy Bible
